Looks like KLM scores another huge point on the social media front after the recent Christmas surprise.
Here they are again responding to a customer's tweet to reschedule their inaugural Amsterdam-Miami flight.
Oh and did I mention that there was a party in the air? And a Guinness record to boot!
I like the way KLM interact with the customers. Instead of responding directly to the customer, they threw the ball back into the customer's court saying if he can fill up the flight, they will fly.
