It was 24 Mar 2010 when George W. Bush and Bill Clinton went down to Haiti to visit the earthquake victims.
Bush was caught wiping his hand on Clinton's shirt after shaking hands with one of the victims.
Dumbass Move #1 for wiping his hand after shaking hands. Reminds me of how Dr Seet Ai Mee lost her 1991 elections after been spotted to be washing her hands after shaking that of a fishmonger.
Dumbass Move #2 for wiping his hand on Clinton's back in a sneaky fashion.
That's a really low move, even for a Bush.
