Wife Not Happy

Wife's got a new toy. A high-tech fang-dangled bathroom scale that tells more than just your weight. So there I was trying it on for the first time, keying in my age, height and gender. When the numbers showed up, wife's face blackened.

"How come your body fat percentage so low one!!"

Dum dee dum dee dum......

Perhaps she was unaware that 12.99% of them are in my tummy area.

A bit like ZheBin.... heh heh.... I also very cheese fries hor? ... wahahahaaha......

hey Jay, tell wife it's fine. we have a similar machine here and my fat levels are much higher than D's. read the manual, she'll definitely fall into the 'normal' category! :) it's to do with the difference between men and women!!!

Dk: New visitor to the blog! Welcome! I dunno about the accuracy of the body fat % part as I always think that the way to measure is using some sort of a calipers or somethings?

I knew a group of guys who had around 9% or so, on average. Good times, those.

Suspicious Bastard: I think anything under 11% is out of the normal range liao. Probably like me when I was in Sec 3 to JC 2 where I weighed around 40kg at 1.65m tall.

kIm: Yeah, I used to be a Cross-country runner and believe me, I looked terrible in the photos at that age. I still think a bit bak bak is nicer.

Jaslyn: The key to losing weight is not to starve yourself but to exercise more. So it's time to get off your lazy ass and start burning the cals!

Haha. Women got more fats mah. So it's okay. I think if you go weigh yourself again but change your gender it may become 31%. Hurhur! (hahaha 31% is crazy!!) Anyway I agree totally exercising is the best option lor. It's freaking effective and wtf, it is healthy. Period.
