Sunday With The Kids

This is Troy. My godson and we were in church this morning. Today, in Sunday school, they were making elephant head-dresses. From the look of it, perhaps Troy's head-dress is stapled a wee bit too tight which probably explains the "headache" look.

"Arrgghhh". Isn't Troy simply adorable with his "gong gong" look? (Just like his dad.... )

Looks like Sunday morning was a bit too much for him as he konked out while we were having lunch at Cafe Les Amis in the Botanical Gardens.

Faith, on the other hand, was a bundle of energy running all over the place chasing after the birds. It's nice to be spending the Sunday with the kids.

It's off to Jil's birthday party in the afternoon and here's Faith enjoying the birthday cake on her own. Granted that she would be a mess with cake all over her, we figured it is better that way so that she will learn to eat independently instead of relying on people to feed her.

It's time to head home from the party and she was getting a little crabby from missing her afternoon nap. We went to the supermarket on our way home to pick up some groceries and here's Faith doing her part to help out at the checkout. Everyone was amused to see Faith inside the cart and diligently loading the groceries from the cart onto the checkout station, all by herself.

It made my day as a proud daddy. *beams*
